Harris County Precinct 4 (we are in Precinict 3 with regard to the Sheriff's Dept): Work Order Request  (pot holes, standing water, storm drain maint., etc) can be submitted by community members online at http://www.hcp4.net/cad/worf.htm. Requests for service can also be made by calling the Community Assistance Department at 281-353-8424, or the PDF format of the WORF can be faxed to 281-893-5589, or mailed to 1001 Preston, Ste. 950, Houston, Texas 77002.

Heavy Trash for City of Houston Residents: Pick up is now the second Wednesday.  The months alternate between tree/wood debris and junk (appliance, etc).  July is tree monthl  August will be junk month etc...this and other free disposal center information can be found athttp://www.houstontx.gov/solidwaste.  To dispose of household hazardous waste, please visit Harris County's Clean Water Clear Choice department at www.cleanwaterclearchoice.org/hhw.

Heavy Trash for County Residents: If you do not have heavy garbage arrangements with your provider you can locate a free county disposal sites online  at http://www.hcp4.net/cad/publicdumpsterform.htm  (4603 Spring Cypress Road is one location). For more information on the use of the public dumpster at Precinct 4's Spring Maintenance Facility, please contact the Community Assistance Department at 281-353-8424.To dispose of household hazardous waste, please visit Harris County's Clean Water Clear Choice department at www.cleanwaterclearchoice.org/hhw.

Neighborhood Nuisances: lncludes accumulated rubbish, standing water, conditions that harbor insects and rodents, abandoned swimming pools, high weeds and dilapidated structures.  Go to http://www.hcphes.org/eph/new_page_1.htm to file a complaint online or call (713) 274-6300 to register a complaint Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.  This office operates under Texas Chapter 343 of the Texas Health and Safety Code.

Streetlight Outage: Contact Centerpoint at 713-207-2222 with a pole number for the non-functioning lights (or closest address).

Septic pumping discount for COH residents within 1 miles of Lake Houston should call 713-371-1370 and ask for Darlene Mosley.  She is with the City of Houston and is familar with the process.  There is an account setup process and deposit is required.

The Officers and Board of Directors of Happy Hide-A-Way Civic Club, Inc. elected to hire C.I.A Services, Inc. to manage all financial duties.
